First off, heartfelt thanks goes to SPVC’s senior graduate members, Chan Xiang Ju, Kevin Xu, Mabel Leong and Gan Soon Bing for making their way down on either or all of the three interview days to help with the interviewing process; not forgetting, I would also like to thank the current committee members Kylie Chia, Marcus Tay and Kenny Lai for organising and facilitating the rounds of interviews.

We’re looking to recruit new committee members for the academic year 2010/11! If you are interested be a part of us, interviews open next MONDAY to WEDNESDAY, 12 – 14 July. Timings are as follows:
Monday (12 July) – 6pm to 8pm
Tuesday (13 July) – 5pm to 8pm
Wednesday (14 July) – 6pm to 8pm
All Yr 1/ 2/3 if you like to join us, do not hesitate, just come in for the interview
We have several roles (pls prepare 3 roles you wish to join into) :
1) Assistant Secretary – deals with administration and overall club functions
2) Assistant Membership Secretary – communicate activities to members
3) Treasurer – deals with money for events or purchase issues
4) Assistant Logistics – deals with inventory and maintaining equipment
5) Events Manager – creates and coordinates events for members (eg workshops)
6) Assistant Publicity Manager – updates blog, fb with current events/pdts in market
7) Assistant Projects Manager – deals with events coverages on campus
8 ) Assistant LunchShow-in-Charge – covers every LunchShow and collaborations with officers
9) Editor – finalises corporate videos and events covered
10) Assistant Editor – fall guy of Editor
